CRYSTALLINE MUSLIN
A light weight muslin dress fabric, woven from fine cotton yarns with rayon stripes for the " crystalline " effect. A good example is made with a 68 reed and 52 picks per inch, 42's ground warp, 2/80's satin warp, 100 denier rayon warp stripes, and 100 denier weft. The cotton weft is 50's.
